After months of preparation and working our little fingers to the bone we are so excited to announce the launch of One Handspun Day! We hope you’ll stay awhile and browse our shop of paper pretties that have all been hand painted & illustrated by artists from across the world. Don’t forget to drop by from time to time ~ we are starting small, but have many more lovelies that we will be adding in the coming months! And we are also so very happy to share this handspun space on our blog with you. Hopefully it will be a place you visit often to collect bits of inspiration and learn how to make your own day handspun!

We have lots of handcrafted loveliness to share with you and cannot wait to get started, but first we want to talk a little DIY (do-it-yourself) with you. As much as we love many things DIY, we have a different way of thinking about it. It is really just a different way of seeing things and around here we call that handspun instead of DIY.

What does handspun mean? Handspun is appreciating the beauty in imperfections…. making it your own…. folding, gluing, stitching your soul into something… giving your creative self freedom to color outside the lines. We hope you will love the handspun way as much as we do, but more than that we hope you will grow with us and let us get to know you.
