Payment is due in full at the time you place your order.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final upon delivery and refunds cannot be provided. However, cancellations will be allowed with a full refund within the first 24 hours after the order is placed, provided that (a) the work on your order has not been started and (b) the product you wish to cancel has not been sent to you yet. If the work on your order has been started then it can still be cancelled, but will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee that will be subtracted from the refunded amount.
Refunds will be posted back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately five business days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
Changed your mind about the color you like or the design you want? We are happy to exchange the products you ordered, provided that (a) the work on your order has not been started and (b) the product you wish to exchange has not been sent to you yet. If the work on your order has been started then it can still be exchanged, but will be subject to a 10% change order fee. Unfortunately, if you have already received your order then we cannot accept exchanges.
